I am a psychologist and physician who studies diagnosis, treatment, and management of both psychological and physical health. My research in applied psychology is mainly focused on short-range treatments of mental disorders such as depression, particularly addressing specific groups of people (e.g., medical professionals) who may be more susceptible to mental illness given the stressful situations they encounter on a daily basis. I have published my findings in the sphere of psychology in journals such as Frontiers in Psychology, Chinese Journal of Health Psychology, and The Australian Journal of Counselling Psychology. My research in general health is mainly focused on management of health, particularly addressing healthy lifestyles to help prolong life. I have published my findings in the sphere of health management in journals such as Health Research, Chinese Journal of Health Management, and Zhejiang Preventive Medicine. Moreover, I am currently the principal investigator of two grants, conducting further research in psychological state of medical professionals.
