王金辉

 

个人简介

 

王金辉,博士,杭州师范大学认知与脑疾病研究中心研究员、硕士生导师。2012年获得北京师范大学理学博士学位(导师:贺永教授)。主要研究方向为基于多模态神经影像技术的复杂脑网络方法学和临床应用研究(重点关注阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症)。围绕人脑连接组学重大科学前沿课题,在活体人脑功能网络的模型构建、方法学评价和疾病模型验证等方面开展了一系列工作。近年来,在本领域国际主流学术期刊Biological Psychiatry、Journal of Neuroscience、Radiology、Human Brain Mapping等发表论文40余篇,其中Top期刊论文19篇,包括以第一作者或通讯作者发表在影响因子大于10的论文2篇皆为封面论文)。相关研究成果受到国际同行的广泛关注,并被Nature系列、Science、Neuron、PNAS 等国际顶尖期刊多次正面引用,引用次数达2700余次H指数21(google scholar)。6篇研究论文入选ESI Top 1%高被引论文或Top 0.1%热门论文。关于轻度认知障碍患者的脑功能网络研究入选2013年度 Biological Psychiatry最杰出论文(12篇入选,排名第一),并荣获2014年度国际生物精神病学协会Ziskind-Somerfeld研究奖(该奖项自2003年设立以来首次由中国人获得)。作为核心成员开发了“脑网络分析工具包GRETNA”(软件著作权登记号:2013SR046223)。该工具包被Matlab团队遴选为12个高质量的神经科学工具包之一,并在2015年度神经科学学会上加以展示。受邀担任客座副主编(Guest Associate Editor)在Frontiers in Neurosciene组织脑网路研究专刊。主持参与国家自然科学基金资助项目6项,主持浙江省自然科学基金重点项目1项。现为浙江省预防医学会精神卫生专业委员会委员、国家自然科学基金和比利时FWO基金评审人。担任Cerebral Cortex、Scientific Reports等20余个国际期刊的审稿人。

 

 

主要学术贡献:

(一) 人脑功能连接组--方法学研究

采用静息态功能影像和图论网络分析,系统评价了多个关键因素(如脑节点定义等)对脑功能网络的影响、详细刻画了脑功能网络的重测信度、率先构建了基于功能近红外光谱成像技术的脑网络计算模型等。这些工作为如何以及稳定可靠构建脑功能网络提供了方法学指导,为神经精神疾病状态下脑功能网络研究奠定了重要的方法学基础。相关研究成果发表在Human Brain MappingNeuroImage等国际权威期刊

(二)人脑功能连接组--临床应用研究

将已构建的脑功能网络方法学应用到阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症验证了疾病状态下脑网络模型,不但为相关疾病的脑网络紊乱假说提供了实验证据更为其早期诊断提供了潜在的脑连接组学生物标记物。相关研究成果发表在Biological Psychiatry、Human Brain Mapping等国际顶级期刊

(三)人脑功能连接组--软件平台开发

鉴于脑功能网络研究过程中步骤复杂繁琐的特点,开发了脑网络分析软件包GRETNA(软件著作权登记号:2013SR046223)。作为重要参与者,开发了脑网络可视化软件BrainNet Viewer(软件著作权登记号:2012SR002849)。相关软件已被国内外同行下载12,000余次,极大地方便和推进了脑连接组学领域的发展。
